Dear applicants!
We would like to inform you that from August 1, 2021 the electronic cabinets of higher education institutions of the Unified interdepartmental information system on recruitment of foreign entrants to higher education institutions have been put into operation. This is stated in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 16, 2021 № 686 “On the implementation of a pilot project on the recruitment of higher education and training (internship) of foreigners and stateless persons using the Unified interagency information system on recruitment of foreign entrants education”.

In order to receive the invitation letter for study, you can submit the following documents to the University:
- copy of passport or other document of identification (birth certificate);
- copy of the education certificate with the score list or academic transcript;
- written consent to processing personal data (see samples in Ukrainian, Russian, English and French in Appendix);
- Ukrainian Language Competence Certificate, if any.
The Admissions Office will consider your documents and decide on issuing the invitation letter to you. The invitation is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Visa support for students from countries with visa regime is provided by the Ukrainian State Center of International Education.
For admission to the University a foreign student should submit the following documents:
- completed application form;
- original and copy of previous education document;
- original and copy of a supplement to the document about previous education with subjects studied and grades obtained;
- copy of passport or birth certificate;
- medical certificate that is attested by a state health care body of the country of origin and that is issued not earlier than 2 months before the application;
- copy of a passport of a foreign student or other document certifying a stateless person’s ID;
- valid health insurance policy (except for foreign students coming from countries with which Ukraine signed an agreement to provide free emergency medical care);
- 6 colour photographs (size — 6×4 cm.);
- a copy of the Certificate of Foreign Ukrainian (if available).
